NAYOO's customer service has been subpar.

I frequently purchase hair and cosmetic items online, so my experience with NAYOO was unsatisfactory. I had problems with my order and made an attempt to get in touch with their customer service department. My experience with them was disappointing, though, as they were unresponsive and useless in helping me resolve my problems. Additionally, I discovered that their return procedure was really rigorous, which disappointed me because I wasn't happy with the caliber of the things I received. Furthermore, my order took a lot longer than I anticipated to arrive due to the delayed delivery process. Overall, I had a bad experience with NAYOO, and I wouldn't suggest their services to anyone.
