I built my own support system for my Roku 2, but I didn't like how it looked! However, I found it necessary for my remote control to work. with Roku 2. I fixed it by first inserting the box and then plugging in the HDMI cable and power cord. I don't move my TV often; but if necessary, I know to check the cable before putting the TV back in place! Once everything is connected, all I have to do is move the remote control! :)))
