Well I've had it for a few months now. There are actually three of them and they work very well. Unfortunately, one of them failed, but could be damaged by electrical damage due to the weather. The customer service is top notch, they really stand behind their product. I even ordered it before contacting support because I couldn't disconnect the device using it for a long time. Customer service was prompt and back and forth email correspondence was fairly minimal with no undue resistance like some other support services I've dealt with. I will definitely buy this brand again when they come out with a USB-C version and have no problem recommending this brand.
