I bought this item as a Christmas present for a friend. I was told the item was damaged and defective. The velvet around the aluminum frame was ripped and torn, some clips were broken, the safety bar on the back of the frame didn't fit at all, and we have reason to believe the screen was probably undersized due to the fit after installation. It was a curved frame, but not so big on one side that it looked askew on the wall. After I submitted my initial complaint I was offered a replacement or full refund. I wanted a replacement but after being questioned as if I had lied about the damage (despite submitting photos and video) I requested a full refund which was promised with a free returns label. When it came time to email the free returns label I started walking around and they wanted to add a 50% restocking fee! They emailed the shortcut and then emailed right after that saying it was invalid and when I try to use it it doesn't work. Needless to say I was stuck with an item that cost me over $500 plus I bought insurance. The insurance was supposed to cover the damage, but it didn't pay either. I hope no one else is struggling with this type of issue and I will do everything in my power to ensure this doesn't happen again.
