PAKEWAY is a company that resembles a flea market; it is disjointed, chaotic, and finally unsatisfying. Their so-called "high-quality" pet products were more akin to subpar circus acts, with flimsy toys that disintegrated instantly and grooming equipment that was about as efficient as a clown balancing act. With few choices, the food selection was similar to a carnival menu and didn't satisfy my pet. Never mind the customer service, which was like attempting to converse with a collection of well-trained seals. In conclusion, avoid this flea circus if you're looking for a dependable pet supply business.
