I like that we have an agent who will respond quickly, but not at unreasonable times of day (or night).
The agents seem pretty knowledgeable about what they are doing - so far no issues with service or support when calling them over chat/phone during business hours; however once it's time out their knowledge seems less solid than if you were just talking face2face! It would be nice though as this isn't always possible due how remote our offices can sometimes get :) We're trying ICETANA because one client has had some problems getting alerts from other providers working through IP cameras which leads us into needing additional notification methods beyond emailing staff members directly etc.,.
