Review on 🔎 388-B NF Ethernet Network Tracker - Versatile Multipurpose Solution by Colin Watkins

We have bought 4 of these units in the last 2 years. We now have 2 that look normal (the screen will light up and the normal icons will appear). However, they don't work. Not sure what happened. One of the sets is less than a year old. The other is a little over a year old. I have contacted Revain Support as per the instructions for the Revain article. According to Revain, the item can only be returned after 30 days. To contact the manufacturer. But there is NO PLACE on the Revains website or in the documents that came with this unit that lists the company name, website or contact information! I'm not happy at all, to say the least. I need these tools to manage my business. I have 4 of these (2 don't work) when will the other 2 fail? Which provider does not offer technical/customer support? Do not buy this product if you expect it to work for more than a year. And or assume you can get tech support in case of failure. You will be just as disappointed and frustrated as I am.
