The anode protector was easy to install, the only problem might be the difficulty in removing the old one. The old one was 80% worn, so the replacement was justified. The product image states that the cable's center core is made of "flexible 316 stainless steel, it will never rust, break or corrode". See attached picture, there was a light layer of oxidation on the core. cable, so I attached a magnet to the cable to check if it really was stainless steel. I wasn't expecting it to stick strongly, but it made me doubt that it wouldn't rust or corrode. Product description may need to be updated to reflect actual material.
