Broken digital lock

One of the main reasons I bought this key box was the digital lock. Well, 100% disappointment in that regard. It got stuck after I drilled a cabinet into the wall and changed the code. It was not possible to open the handle to the end - only half, and the door did not open. Need a hacker. He said that this is a factory error with a digital lock. To open the door he had to twist a screwdriver between the door and the panel and so after he fixed the lock issue the door remained a bit twisted/bent. The company is stupid and doesn't want to send a replacement. Very disappointed.

Pros
