1986 Mercury 35 hp on fuel filter

I have an 86 Merc 35 hp. This filter was actually slightly smaller than the one that came off it, the top bolt was longer and the inlet and outlet were larger so it had to be stretched hose. This filter works well, it's almost the same as the original filter but the characteristics are a bit different, but oh well, it does the job. No issues with the install, took me about 5 miles and got it working again. You can buy an internal filter for this or just spend the extra $2 and get the whole assembly.
