I love that they have so many options to choose from with different companies/brands. They are very helpful when you get stuck! Sometimes it takes longer than expected for them to come back with an answer but overall its great. The customer service is amazing! If i need help or just want someone to talk too about my account sometimes i can't find anyone available at first. But once i do ask they respond right away. Its nice being able to use multiple carriers. It makes things more convenient in terms of getting shipments out faster.
