I want to write an enthusiastic review about it.
I would love to write a rave review for this product but unfortunately there were no instructions in my package for building my 3 story cat house. and for all my life I can't find a downloadable pdf or video with assembly instructions for this model anywhere. The packaging was also badly torn and dented. When I opened the box Styrofoam balls exploded all over the rug, I wish there was a sustainable packaging option instead. If I ever find a manual and assemble this product I will definitely update this review.
