I would love to write a rave review for this product but unfortunately there were no instructions in my package for building my 3 story cat house. and for all my life I can't find a downloadable pdf or video with assembly instructions for this model anywhere. The packaging was also badly torn and dented. When I opened the box Styrofoam balls exploded all over the rug, I wish there was a sustainable packaging option instead. I like this cage very much. It's big and roomy. We wanted to put it on the balcony so our cat could enjoy the sun and fresh air without being able to escape. The cage is designed to have a bowl at the bottom, this is a problem on the outside as water collects there and takes forever to dry out.
