This thing is huge, a little harder to install than the stock fan, but the benefits are even greater. Pros: - The temperature of the processor has become 25 degrees below average. The system is also ridiculously cold due to airflow (see next plus). - Airflow is much easier to design with a vertical fan that blows from front to back - An optional second 120mm fan can be installed with the included bracket - Inexpensive. - Universal, can be used for many chipsets, so if you ever do a new build you can most likely use it again (see product description). Not really cons, but be aware :) - If your RAM has extra metal on top (heatsink) it might be tight/difficult to install/not fit (easy just use flat ballistix) - If it's an upgrade, you must Remove your motherboard as there is a part to repair below. Assembly requires some attention. There are no words in the included instructions, only drawings which can be confusing. Also, they have mixed installation instructions for several AMD/INTEL chipsets, so pay attention to the top left corner of each image. I recommend looking for a video tutorial on YouTube with your chipset. The instructions weren't exactly in the same order as in the newspaper and I found them more logical. Worked great
