I have no idea how long this actuator will last, but it looks exactly like the OEM Honda one I replaced. A local shop quoted $150 to replace the actuator after the door lock quit working (and all remote locks quit as well). There are some excellent youtube videos that show exactly what to do to replace the actuator. Specifically research how to remove the exterior bolts holding on the door locking mechanism. It took me about 3 hours to replace. Go step by step and remember where every bolt goes. All of the van door locks work fine now. 2008 Honda Odyssey.
