I like that it's easy for me (and my staff)to use when taking care of our patients in an outpatient setting! It has helped us keep trackof appointments/appointments we have scheduled but are not yet booked or completed by patient- which helps ensure all follow up visits happen at appropriate timeframes too!! Nothing really dislike about this system other than maybe some minor quirks here & there - nothing major though. We've been able touse many different types offeatures from appointment reminders through billing procedures etc.- so far no complaints :)I would highly recommend using if one needsa robust appt tracking tool without having multiple apps open simultaneously while working during business hours :). Easy accessability via mobile devices makes life easier especially since i am more hands free now instead being stuck behind computer screen most times haha!
