The thread quality on the flare connector was not very good and the flare was too big, only had two engagement threads and the engagement was weak so when tightening I just pulled it out again. In the end I cut the torch off the pipe, put on better fittings and re-expanded the pipe to make it work. Looks very good now and works well if you have amazing skills. I'm sure not everyone you buy will be like this, I think I just had bad luck with this purchase.
