The product does what it is supposed to. I think this is a great find and I was able to reach the tall peaches on my peach tree! Some minor downsides: there were no instructions in the kit so we had to guess how to assemble it and there were some issues with the screws. They were too short based on where we thought they went when we used a photo. Slight irritation. Also, I bought it for my dad who is a bit older so he didn't want to climb stairs but after a bit of use MY shoulders got tired. I'm weak, so maybe this is nothing more than pointing that out in case anyone else needs to think. Our tree is also in a difficult position so I'm pretty sure that didn't help. It's a fuller tree so it was hard to see where I was pulling. Overall, I really like the product! It was fun shooting big peaches with this picker!
