Cute. Do not use as a leash, only with Velcro.

Dimensional accuracy. My "Dorky" is a Dotson/York mix that weighs 26 pounds and fits oversized. There is some wire in the wings to keep them open. The costume is an easy, comfortable outfit for your furry friend. My dog didn't mind wearing it at all. It has a loop for a leash but only attaches to the dog with Velcro, so if your dog doesn't pull at all the "harness" won't hold. Underneath, use a regular harness or a collar and leash.
