Edit: Replacement sent and works as expected. My replacement was better packaged. Customer service was also contacted but was not required. best value I will definitely buy more if the need arises. Very bright LED so I know it's working properly. I must have been very lucky to catch a device with a loose top, ignore it, and screw it back on. The device was easy to use and easy to set up. Great concept. Everything worked, went to work, came home, and the device turned off and hasn't turned on since. Tried switching outlets, nothing worked. We are working on the exchange and will pursue further verification. Great concept, wish it had lasted more than one shift.
