6' 208 lbs Size L/XL Fits well. The padding is still stiff and sits flat, but that's how they're packed in my bag. The strap attaches securely without hanging over the calf muscles. I bought these for a calf and arch combo so I only managed and wore one pair of pads instead of two. The instep pad tends to roll to the outside of my legs, although not by much; no big impact on my leg. I love the textured ball strap. It's not grippy enough that the last one comes off, but I know it helps my foot with grip. The padding is a huge improvement over the base model's pads and I feel like I'm getting my money's worth. The seams look good and are sturdy. The leg straps are wide and strong, with good Velcro.
