Review on πŸ”§ Chemical Guys BUF_503X TORQX Random Polisher Kit: Complete Set with Pads, Polishes, and Compounds (9-Item Bundle) by Charles Julian

Good for learning

This is a well made and easy to use polisher. It is not heavy, which makes it easier to work in difficult corners. Before purchasing this Torqx I did a lot of research comparing it to similar models, especially the Porter cable. So I decided to do it after reading the good reviews about it. I bought a set of 3 discs and 4 V polishes and an extra microfiber cutting disc from the Chemical Guys website. I'm honestly not very happy with Torqx, it doesn't have much cutting power for color grading. It's not very strong in my opinion, you can use the polisher very slowly and carefully with passes to complete the correction. This would be a great buffing machine for those new to buffing just to get the hang of it. I wish Chemical Guys offered a customer satisfaction program where if you are unhappy with your product you can return it for another or receive credit. I emailed Chemical Guys customer service saying I wasn't happy with my new purchase and they just replied with a return policy link. Since it was opened and used, there was nothing they could do. Of course I had to use it first to see if it worked for me right? So if you're looking for a powerful polisher that will do paint touch-ups in no time, get a more powerful model. If this is your first time buying/using a polishing machine, then this is for you. I tried to post this review on the Chemical Guys website but it was not approved. It's funny how they choose their customer reviews to give the impression that their products have no flaws. It's unfair that they don't allow their customers to speak their true minds.
