Great product and great company! I wanted the morning coffee silicone straw that I found in the Contigo travel mug, which has a 16-ounce capacity and a relatively tall lid. I bought a set of coffee straws but they were too short and so soft they sometimes folded during use. I've tried stainless steel straws but they burn my lips and I don't like banging metal on my teeth. Silicone is way better. Before these hot bites were available for thirsty lips, I contacted the seller to inquire about the date they would be available. I received an immediate reply and even an email notification when they became available (great reminder!). The seller even offered me a custom color set because I wanted all the aqua colored straws. I was already impressed with their customer service. When they arrived (which was quick) they were packaged in a very nice little container that I can keep in my purse. And they came with a second container of 4 straw samples from the company's other two sizes, Pink and Aqua. What a pleasant surprise! I am very excited about these straws. They're a bit harder than others on the market so they won't break down when you drink them, even if you drink a very hot drink. They fit perfectly on any take-out coffee cup lid and even on my Contigo mug, which has a rather small opening (same shape as the take-out coffee cup lid). The color aqua is really nice and therefore pink (pink only on shorter straws). The water seems to stain my coffee a bit, but I don't care because I just leave the same side of the straw in the coffee so no one can see. I'd rather get my straw dirty than my teeth (that's why I use a straw). Straws have a slight aftertaste initially, so wash them well before use. My only suggestions for improvement are to expand the color choices and think about making a version with a bendy-straw angle. This is a great product and great deal. I'm glad I found her!
