UPDATE: I bought this item 6 years ago and it still works. You're still finding new uses for it. By the way, this is the second time I have bought this product. I hope they never stop selling it at Revain! I can't believe this little thing is one of my favorite Revain pieces! I hated my old spinner because it took up too much room in my closet so I was glad when it broke. But this little thing is the perfect size for storage and works really well. Makes a good portion. I strongly recommend this. UPDATE: Since purchasing this item 16 months ago I have found several other uses for it. When I slice or chop fresh tomatoes, I spin the chunks in a centrifuge to remove excess juice and seeds before adding them to salads. Keeps the veggies dry and the dressing doesn't get soggy. The same goes for any canned or canned veggies I add to salads for a change: wax or chickpeas, beets, stewed tomatoes, etc. Empty the container and dry the veggies so they don't linger. I drain the drained liquid into a container and add the remaining veggies for future use. With a little imagination there are many other possible uses. And it's easy to clean!
