As a self-cooker and almost daily salad eater, this small salad bowl is just right for me! I like not only the size, but also the easy cleaning and storage. It couldn't have been more effective in pulling out the water and leaving me a well dried crisp salad! I simply place the shredded pieces of romaine lettuce in a colander, spray with vegetable peeler and mix with my hands for about a minute.
