Experience with the Mafiti Online Store That Was Not Satisfactory

My most recent encounter with Mafiti was less than satisfying, and I feel compelled to share my opinions as a result of this. In spite of the fact that their website is simple to navigate and that they offer a wide variety of products, the quality of the customer service that they provided was extremely poor. When I contacted their customer support staff about the faulty product I had received, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. I had to send a number of emails and make a number of phone calls before I was eventually able to get a resolution, and even after all of that, I was still left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. In addition, their delivery procedure is below average. My order did not appear in the expected amount of time, and when it finally did, the condition of the items was less than ideal. In addition, although their prices might appear to be competitive, I discovered that many of their products were priced higher than similar items sold at other online retailers. My time spent with Mafiti was, on the whole, a waste, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone else. Their pricing is not competitive enough to make up for the aggravation of dealing with their poor customer service and slow shipping process, both of which make purchasing with them an unpleasant experience. I recommend looking elsewhere for the answers to your technological questions.
