Dear Moen, Your brand is worth its weight in gold - it has great value for a good company, so why pollute your brand with cheap foreign equipment?! Fire your hardware buyer and hire someone who knows what they're doing, and don't let accounts make penny decisions. Your brand is worth more. I bought two bars. Both are exactly as described and very well made. The hardware was SHIT. Two of the 12 (two-shank) screws had slanted (curved) heads, they had a coarse thread pitch (hard to hit even with a 2/4 pilot hole), and the slots in the heads were too small and irregular-- - couldn't use Phillips #. 2 can't hold them in without them popping out and tearing your head apart. I quit after destroying two of them about 1/4 inch from a win. Took an hour round trip to ACE Hardware and installed 12 stainless steel #2 bolts with the correct pitch and both bars in no time. Hexagon or Torx would be even better. If you buy them, throw away all but one of the screws, take them to your favorite hardware store, and buy some quality hardware to install them. You will save time and your blood pressure will be lower. .
