Review on πŸ” Denso 234 4732 Oxygen Sensor: Reliable and Precise Automotive Oxygen Sensor by Daniel Ortiz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is a REAR O2 sensor without heater

This Denso 234-4732 is perfect for the REAR O2 sensor in a 2005 Outback XT. It comes pre-wired with a Subaru connector and a small pack of copper anti-seize, although the threads are already pre-coated with a little silver anti-seize. Unlike the 234-9120 front O2 sensor, this 234-4732 did not come with a snap-in cable tie to secure the cable to a bracket next to the driveshaft under the vehicle. I simply removed the plug-in cable tie from the old sensor cable and plugged it into the new one. I originally bought it to replace the FRONT O2 sensor as the Revain description didn't specify which one, but when it arrived I found it was the wrong one. Since then, I've read the answers to the questions on the article and realized that someone has already answered the same question. I went ahead anyway and bought a Denso 234-9120 for the FRONT O2 sensor and decided to replace both as the originals had over 120k miles on them. So far so good and I'll move on if I notice an improvement in fuel economy. I gave 5 stars anyway as the product is top notch, I would only blame Revain for the incomplete product description and photo.
