Works Great! Excellent quality.but. My kitchen cabinets and drawers were custom made, like many others back then (circa 1970's). For most of my drawers (bigger and wider) I used two of these brackets on each underside of the hood. For smaller and narrower drawings I only used one (bottom middle). Due to the design of my cabinets and some very tight gaps, it took quite a bit of time and creativity to install, but I'm very good with all of these things and was able to do it. For my particular cabinets, installation was a problem. If I had known how much work there is, I probably wouldn't have done it. But now that they're installed, I'm glad I did. However, remember that almost every review I read said they were easy and quick to install. I think for the most part it was the design of my cabinets and of course it has nothing to do with this product.
