We bought these for camping and they were perfect! They wrap around trees and everything and definitely stay in place. I like all the options so you can decide what fits the "mood". One night we were having fun with friends and jamming to music and the next night we were relaxing around the campfire and there were options that suited both of us. It should be noted that the remote control is radio, not infrared. I suppose I'm spoiled by the fact that all my home remotes are infrared, so for a split second it seemed awkward. But you know, first world issues and all that. Overall I would recommend it to a friend and will definitely be ordering a second set!
