I have a 2500 Silverado Duramax 2015. My bed has Line-X Premium. Installation was easy on all 9 holes. WATCH THE INSTALLATION VIDEO, no instructions other than watching the video. Completely loosen the screw so that the metal plate is in the hole, then insert and tighten the screw. Video on bull1001.com Very happy with the quality and the ability to attach things. I hope those who left bad reviews will watch the video.
