I cannot stress enough how perfect this is for my case. I have a roof mounted projector and was struggling to find the right solution to reliably "broadcast" video with no loss of quality. I've tried Chromecast, Roku, and Firesticks only to be frustrated by more than random disconnects or connectivity issues. Months later after trying this wireless HDMI solution and bam! We're in business! Advantages: - Light weight, easy to mount on the ceiling. - Fast connection, typically less than 10 seconds. - USB assisted performance is HUGE for me! Chromecast when streaming wirelessly from a device without a dongle. In general I am very satisfied. It also seems that my 5.1 audio settings are being passed from the adapter to the receiver and then to my bluetooth audio system.
