Well I've been using the same rolling pin my mother gave me for years. To be honest, she probably bought a $10 rolling pin from Wal-Mart. I got a few others as gifts and just didn't like them. I heard about this Joseph and Joseph in Cookie World and how he makes all the cookies the same height. Finally, I made my "luxury" purchase but didn't have high hopes for it. The lack of handles at the end to hold on to was a little annoying but once I got the hang of it. IT'S WORTH IT ALL! All my cookies are always the same height. This will help them bake evenly and look more professional. I am completely satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new rolling pin. It was also very easy to clean. The ends curl up and the rolling pin is insulated from the rest of the rolling pin, so you don't have to worry about water remaining in the rolling pin itself. This roll-in is of excellent quality and will last for many years. This is an awesome design!
