This was an excellent metal microscope made in China. The microscope came pre-assembled, but I had to insert lenses. After I bought it, I took cell biology classes and made sure to follow some of the things that were said. It was really good quality and I couldn't find any problems with it. I've had this microscope for about 5 months now and I still enjoy looking at things under a microscope. To answer some questions about this microscope, I once had a family and the ages ranged from 6 to 50 years old. Anyone could set it up and use it. Very convenient. With him was a bottle of oil, to be used only at maximum magnification. Don't use it with other magnifications as it will mess up and ruin the lenses. With this microscope you can see the cell components. I could see the cell wall, nucleus, and cell membranes. You can use this for almost anything that falls under the scope. If you want to look at larger objects, you need to look at them at a lower magnification. A higher magnification should be somewhat transparent to allow light to pass through. I've used this microscope to examine hair and red blood cells (even white blood cells could be found underneath) and I know it can be gross, but I actually examined the semen underneath. You could see the head and tail, it was really cool. To connect it to a computer you need a microscopic camera connected to an eyepiece. I hope this review was helpful and I apologize for the lack of photos.
