Review on 📀 Plextor PXL-910S Professional Internal SATA DVD/CD Writer Drive - Bulk Pack (Acumen Disc Edition) by Jeremy Stephens

The form factor is correct so it fits well in the drive bay and at least four screw holes are aligned on each side so I can use the holes or slots in the drive cage to adjust the depth but that wasn't it necessary. The holes worked fine. The SATA and SATA power connectors are properly positioned and functioning properly. I only used the disk to install drivers and utilities on a new computer, but it worked fine for that. So far there is only one downside. It's noisy. It sounds like a USB vacuum when it finds its file and it sounds like a bike stuck between gears when it starts looking for files, but it was sooo cheap. You get what you pay for.
