Well we bought two of these for $149.99 each due to the pandemic and we assume they work. This should make the particles around you heavier and fall to the ground, but won't kill any viruses or bacteria. Since we go shopping every week, we wear them from the start. Wearing it around the neck is a little uncomfortable, especially when wearing layered or hooded clothing. When walking, the device constantly sways back and forth with each step, which is very annoying.
