Large size very beneficial
I got this product for my mother-in-law following a hip replacement. The gel bag she had was too small and bags of crushed ice ended up leaking. These were great - the large size covered most of the area that was swollen, which she found very helpful, and the gel kept cool for a long time. Having two in the package meant she could swap out without having to wait for the current one to get cold again. She never used the straps that came with the packs but I could see how that would be useful for an injured arm or leg. Very happy with this product and would buy again.
- Did not work for my knee, too small to cover top and both sides, doesn’t wrap well.
- May not be suitable for those with certain medical conditions or allergies
