I love this gel pack. I use this on a right foot that always feels bad after workouts. It brings down the pain and inflammation in about an half hour to an hour of use. I just put this one on with the straps while I watch TV or use the computer. I would suggest getting the straps, as you would not be able to get the gel pack on your foot snug without one. These ice packs are even better than the ones the hospital sent home with me. If you have two, you can rotate between them to keep your knee cold. Highly recommend!

This was perfect for my shoulder after surgery because it folds and covers the back and front of my shoulder. It truly stays soft when frozen. I love The straps too, although I mostly I’ve laying down I haven’t Used them for shoulder, but they will be great when I need it on my knee.

I like the size of this ice pack. It covers a larger area such as a knee and stays cold longer than smaller or traditional ice bags. I just keep it in my freezer to use whenever I need it. The straps help also to keep it in place without having to constantly adjust it. A good buy!

After knee replacement this gel pack WITH the straps was the best thing a person could want/need. The straps allow pressure where needed and for it to stay put. Highly recommended.

Great cold pack that I've been using daily for sciatica. I use the cloth side when it first comes out of the freezer and flip to the smooth side for a new area when it's warmed up a bit, since that side has more cold transfer. The straps are a useful touch, especially since they're not attached. I appreciate that I can move them around or remove them entirely. I purchased the standard 10X14 size because the picture showed the guy having it wrapped around his arm. I guess I am not that broad as it does not fit on my arm like it did on the picture. It does stay cold for a long time though. I just have to have help using the straps.

I got this product for my mother-in-law following a hip replacement. The gel bag she had was too small and bags of crushed ice ended up leaking. These were great - the large size covered most of the area that was swollen, which she found very helpful, and the gel kept cool for a long time.
