I love how easy it is to use. It makes everything so much easier than having to write down all of this information manually before or after each shift. We've been able to make sure that everyone's schedule is correct by just sending them the link from our main website which keeps track of when they work during any given week. This has saved us hours at times when there were multiple doctors working on different days offs (or vice versa). There really isn't anything I dislike about my overall experience using this software but if I had one thing to point out it would be that sometimes things don't always show up properly on the screen. Sometimes we'll go back into previous weeks' reports only to find certain entries missing once we click "next" through the report. But other than those rare occasions I have found nothing negative thus far. Honestly, you should give it a try - you won't regret it. Our staff loves being able to see their specific shifts easily compared to the way manual systems used to do things. We also get notified when people are sick or taking vacation time/holidays. Being able to easily build schedules quickly and accurately is great.The customer service has also been top notch throughout the process of building our program. I have not found any dislikes at this point! Scheduling will be easier and more accurate. I am hoping that the implementation goes smoothly and that I do not encounter any technical issues.
