Does NOT fit "for all Camco grips " as it says

I bought this brush head because the bristles on the one I originally bought were too soft to clean the fairing properly : https://smile.amazon. com/Camco-Adjustable-Adjusts-Cleaning-43633/dp/B001D8TGJE. Please note that this item is a Camco adjustable grip with flow. However, this brush doesn't seem to be able to flow and doesn't fit the adjustable flow handle I previously bought. I could live with the first, but the second is unacceptable.
