The order came very quickly (because I live 30 minutes from the seller :). Items were well packed in bubble wrap. Although, as with other reviewers, there were scuffs and scrapes here and there. But it is okay. My 2002 Tacoma has a bed liner so I had to cut it to use the C-clamps. My C-clamps were silver and all the pictures on the web show black C-clamps to match the posts. Because these frames are adjustable, they cannot be "locked" in place. Once you have them in place, tighten the hex head screw on the side of the crossbar just digging into the metal on the side to hold it in place. So don't overtighten or you could bend the cross member. Not sure if it's the clamps or the bed insert, but the clamps didn't seem very secure at first. In other words, I tightened the screws/clamps enough that there was a lot of resistance, as if the clamps were firmly in place. But I could still move them. I had to tighten them so much I may have damaged the metal of the truck body. You look great. Were easy to install. But you have to make some concessions when buying a $200 rack. So far happy with the purchase. I haven't loaded my canoe onto the racks yet, this will be the final acceptance test!
