It is more of a service than a product and the service is excellent. I had trouble with the first test I did and it didn't absorb enough sweat. The company informed me and sent a replacement. After I received the replacement and tested again, they sent me a detailed report. It's nice to know how much to fill up during workouts rather than guessing. Tip: I had trouble sticking the patch on. I'm hairy and had to shave part of my arm to get the patch on. Even then it wasn't that good. So for my last test, I wrapped the whole thing in sports tape. It has held up very well. Just think about all this before you apply it for the first time and suddenly realize that it will not take root.
