ONE PIECE of junk! I bought this BOSS audio kit to install with a new stereo system. After spending several hours installing all new speakers, stereo, amp, subwoofer and wiring, it worked for a few minutes and then shorted out. I thought the radio was defective and sent it back. The manufacturer found one end of the BOSS RCA connection cable in the stereo and said it caused damage and the warranty will not be honored. wanted the old stereo destroyed by photos before giving me my money back. He suggested an inferior used/refurbished Boss stereo. I declined the offer because I had no other choice but was unable to return the shorted stereo from the manufacturer. Louie "The Loser" refused any refund, including the BOSS audio kit with no pictures. I could only send pictures of the broken cable. After several hours of work installing this sound system, I was extremely disappointed to say the least. A company like BOSS refuses to reimburse even one set of cables which shows how they treat their customers. I had to buy a new stereo and set of cables and also had to remove and reinstall everything. I will never buy a BOSS product. . (Bad unwanted bad service)
