Review on Transon by Jonathan Reddick

Painters of all skill levels can find what they need at Transon, as they stock a wide range of products. The products themselves are excellent, but the company's customer care leaves something to be desired. It was difficult to get responses to my queries from the staff, who seemed disinterested in helping. In addition, I had a hard time navigating their website and locating the items I required. I spent a long time searching through pages to locate what I needed, and even then, some items were unavailable. Finally, compared to other art supply stores, Transon's prices are comparatively high, making it difficult for those on a tight budget to purchase their products. Overall, Transon provides quality products, but the company could do more to make the shopping experience more pleasant and convenient for its customers through enhancements to its customer service and website. They should also lower the prices of their goods so as to attract a wider client base.
