The best thing about this software it's that you can get more than one person from your business page, as well of course all comments made by users who are interested with what they have posted or shared! It helps us generate sales for our products without having too many people involved within them directly (as we would be if I had my own social media team). Sometimes there could also sometimes go wrong but nothing really serious so far has happened since using opt intelligence services - at least not yet anyway :D Overall its been good experience thusfar!! We haven't experienced any downsides though :) As stated earlier above- generating interest amongst customers/potential buyers etc.- getting new followers which help increase engagement rate among existing ones.
