As with most reviews, I bought the stand knowing other people had issues with it. I took a chance and hoped the manufacturer would fix the hole alignment issue by the time I ordered mine. No... it looks like the same holes are constantly shifting. Didn't have time to return it and wait for another counter before going on vacation. I drilled a few holes with a step drill and was able to line up the holder post holes with the vertical shaft holes so I could insert a pin. It probably took me about 20 minutes to put the entire rack together, but it would probably only take about 5 minutes if the holes really lined up. The hardware appears to be of good quality.
