User friendly tool which helped in organizing & tracking patients' visits
The best thing about prime suite was its ability to organize patient data from various sources like paper files, medical records etc. I also liked how it could be integrated with other applications such as Microsoft office and Google drive so that we can easily access our documents at any time. There were some minor glitches here and there but nothing major. I am not sure if this has been resolved or not because i haven't used it for sometime now (around 2 years). We had an issue where one of our doctors's info would get deleted by accident when he closed his session or went offline.
Pros
- Great user interface
- Very easy way in which you enter your information into different fields.
- Inbuilt integration capabilities within MS word / google docs/ excel & PDF format conversion
- Easy retrieval process once entered very helpful!
Cons
- Some issues related security permissions.
- Lack luster support system
- Not able use directly without using their portal
