Flat finger handle on outside

I love having a distinctive wooden handle to grab hold of to open the door from the inside. This is such a radical improvement! I love this part! However, when you put your fingers on the handle to open the door, the outside finger grip is rather flat! It's harder to open from the outside than before. So now I have a lighter grip on the inside but a harder grip on the outside.
