I like that it's easy for our end users (even non-technical) since they can just click "Enable" or "Disable", without having to figure out how their SPF/DKIM set up works. It also makes sense when you have multiple domains with different content management systems - e.g., we use WordPress but host some sites through Wix because those are more cost effective). The only thing i dislike about this tool is its pricing structure -- $50 per domain if there aren't many emails sent from your site! If anyone has any questions about setting these policies up correctly feel free send me an email at kate@mailchimp.com. We're using MailChimp's DKIM implementation which adds another layer of security against spam attacks by ensuring mail servers don't accept messages not signed with a valid digital signature.
