Misleading description
I was looking for a large coffee mug to replace my recently broken favorite. I bought this mug as per the description - "20 ounces". This mug holds 16 ounces instead of 20 ounces. Adding the cream/milk causes the liquid to reach the edges, but still not 20 oz. upset. If I had known that, I would not have bought it. Now I have a mug - charming - but mostly the same size as the others in my office.
